How to use

  1. 1Paste text, HTML, a log file or a CSV export, or load a file.
  2. 2Choose what to extract: registered domains, hostnames or full URLs.
  3. 3Set the options — remove duplicates, count occurrences, sort — and press Extract.
  4. 4Copy the list or download it as TXT, CSV or JSON.

A hostname is the full name, such as shop.example.co.uk. The registered domain is the part that is actually registered — example.co.uk. It is worked out with the Public Suffix List, so suffixes like co.uk are handled correctly.

Yes. The domain part of an e-mail address is extracted, and internationalized names are returned in their ASCII (xn--) form so they can be compared and deduplicated.

A candidate is kept only if its last label is a real top-level domain from the IANA root zone, so version numbers and most file names are ignored. A name like report.zip can still appear, because .zip is a real TLD.

No. The extraction runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.
